Teach Go Maith Contracting is actively seeking to tender for once-off housing projects in the Wicklow and Dublin areas. The quotation you receive is based on the specification that you or your Architect provide to us.

Extensions & Attic Conversions
Teach Go Maith Contracting is actively seeking to tender for extensions to existing dwellings in the Willow and Dublin areas. This may include porches, sun-rooms, conservatories, attic & garage conversions or other extensions.
The quotation you receive is based on the specification that you or your Architect provide to us.
Please note that can we can also build your extension etc, to the Teach Go Maith Self build or Teach Go Maith Turn-Key packages and to either an A rated standard or to current building regulations (B rated).

 Regulation

Teach Go Maith fully complies in all aspects with all work and materials as directed by the relevant Technical Guidance Documents (A-M) of the Building Regulations.
Teach Go Maith fully complies in all aspects with all work and materials as directed by the relevant the relevant Local Authority Standards.
Teach Go Maith will use materials and fittings, where possible, of Irish manufacture. All materials will comply where applicable with the current Construction Products
Directive (EU), National Standards Authority of Ireland and the certified by the
Irish Agrément Board Certificate, where applicable.
Workmanship shall comply with BS 8000, and be of the highest possible quality.

 Health and Safety

Teach Go Maith fully complies in all aspects with the Safety Health and Welfare at
Work Acts and the Safety Health and Welfare at Work Regulations 2006
Teach Go Maith erects and maintains a temporary fencing to protect the works during the course of construction of all works
Teach Go Maith provides a temporary portaloo during the course of construction of all works
Teach Go Maith provides a temporary electricity supply during the course of construction of all works
