Introduction
Teach Go Maith Self build has been introduced to cater for the ever increasing demand for the self build market in Ireland.
Your home is fully completed externally, leaving the Self-builder to complete the remaining works.
Teach Go Maith Self build can be provided to either an A rated standard or to current building regulations (B rated).
The quotation you receive is based on the Teach Go Maith Self build specification
This service is provided nationwide.

The Construction period to complete your home to the Teach Go Maith Self build specification is typically from 10 to 12 weeks only

What is included
Teach Go Maith Self build includes the following:

Site Works (Optional)
All site works including site clearance
The provision of Public Utilities (if applicable) such as water, waste disposal, surface water disposal, etc.
Foundation slab fully insulated (except where underfloor heating is required)
Boundaries and entrance completed
Footpaths completed

Timber Frame
A fully certified and structurally engineered timber frame from one of Ireland's leading Timer Frame Manufacturer's

External Rendering System
Teach Go Maith provides a external rendering system as standard, This is a significantly faster method of construction and fully compiles with all current Building Regulations. This system is Maintenance free and no further paining is required

Roof Structure
A fully completed roof structure including tile or slate (as per planning) including aluminum
guttering, fascia & soffit boards and down-pipes. Roof windows from a leading manufacturer are also included

Windows and External Doors
Teach Go Maith provides as standard, high quality PVC windows and external doors from one of Ireland's leading manufacturer's. Upgrades are available on request.

Internal Partitions and Intermediate Floors
Internal partitions and intermediate floors (if applicable) are supplied as standard

Structural Guarantee
Teach Go Maith is registered with Homebond and all houses can be registered under the Homebond Structural Guarantee Scheme as an optional extra.
